Step-by-Step Repair Guide
- 1.1. Remove spark plugs; inspect electrode gap (0.8 - 0.9 mm) and clean carbon.
- 2.2. Test primary HT coil resistance: 0.6 Ω – 1.8 Ω. Secondary coil: 8.5 kΩ – 15 kΩ.
- 3.3. Verify 12V pulse signal at ignition coil input connector during cranking.
- 4.4. Check injector spray pattern and fuel pressure (minimum 3.0 bar for petrol / 250+ bar CRDI).
- 5.5. Reset MIL code with VahanScan and test drive.
