- Solenoid Coil Resistance: 26 Ω – 34 Ω at 20°C

Step-by-Step Repair Guide
- 1.1. Inspect rubber vacuum pipes between intake manifold and purge valve for cracks.
- 2.2. Disconnect 2-pin purge valve plug; verify 12V battery power on Pin 1 with Key ON.
- 3.3. Set multimeter to 200 Ω: Measure purge solenoid internal resistance (25 Ω – 35 Ω).
- 4.4. Blow through purge valve: It must remain fully closed with no power. Apply 12V: valve must click open and allow airflow.
- 5.5. Replace purge valve if stuck open or open circuit, and clear DTC in VahanScan.
